Your HORET account and data

You can start an account and data deletion review request on the website without installing the Android app.

1. Sign in to your own HORET account.
2. Open My account, then Your account and data.
3. Select Request account and data deletion and confirm the request.
4. Check the request status and team reply in the same section.

The request stays private for the administration team. Recording it does not confirm deletion of the account, records, files or backups. The team reviews the data scope, related orders and requested action, then records a clear reply.

Review and retention periods and official contact details will be completed in the business details and adopted privacy policy. If sign-in is unavailable, use password recovery once official email delivery is configured.
